ITC has allotted 15,24,070 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1 each, upon exercise of 1,52,407 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from 20 November 2023, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1247,29,73,721/- divided into 1247,29,73,721 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1/- each.
