ITC has allotted 5,35,130 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each, upon exercise of 53,513 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from 18th October, 2023, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1247,14,49,651/- divided into 1247,14,49,651 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each.
