The Board of Mahindra & Mahindra at its meeting held on 04 August 2023 has approved the scheme of merger by absorption of Mahindra Heavy Engines (MHEL or Transferor Company 1) and Mahindra Two Wheelers (MTWL or Transferor Company 2) and Trringo.com (TCL or Transferor Company 3) (together referred to as Transferor Companies), wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, with the Company and their respective shareholders (Scheme) under section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
