Mahindra & Mahindra update on sale of its stake in Mahindra Waste To Energy Solutions	Back

Mahindra & Mahindra announced that with respect to the share purchase agreement with Blue Planet Environmental Solutions (buyer) for stake sale by the company in Mahindra Waste To Energy Solutions in one or more tranches for a consideration of Rs 20.25 crore, the Long Stop Date has been extended. Accordingly the First Closing is now expected to be completed by 31 December 2023.
