Board of Bajaj Finance approves QIP and preferential issue	Back

The Board of Bajaj Finance at its meeting held on 05 October 2023 has approved raising capital through a Qualified Institutions Placement issue of equity shares for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 8000 crore. The Board also approved preferential issue of up to 15,50,000 convertible warrants to Bajaj Finserv, the promoter, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 1,200 crore.
