RBI imposes penalty of Rs 8.5 lakh on Bajaj Finance	Back

Bajaj Finance announced that Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) vide its order dated 13 October 2023 has imposed penalty of Rs. 8.5 lakh for delay in reporting of frauds under paragraph 1 (iv) and 1 (v) of Chapter IV of Monitoring of Frauds in NBFCs (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2016 for the Financial Year 2021-22.
