Board of Reliance Industries approves change in directorate	Back

The Board of Reliance Industries at its meeting held on 28 August 2023 has recommended to the shareholders appointment of Isha M. Ambani (DIN: 06984175), Akash M. Ambani (DIN: 06984194) and Anant M. Ambani (DIN: 07945702) as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from the date of assumption of office after approval from shareholders. The Board also accepted the resignation of Nita M Ambani from the Board respecting her decision to devote more of her time to the Reliance Foundation of which she is the Founder Chairperson. Her resignation will take effect from end of business hours of today i.e. 28 August 2023.
