Board of JSW Steel approves acquisition of balance 10% stake in JSW USA	Back

The Board of JSW Steel at its meeting held on 20 October 2023 has approved the acquisition of balance 10% stake in the common stock of JSW USA by Periama Holdings (wholly owned subsidiary of the company) from Green Suppliers and Services. On completion of the acquisition, JSW USA will become the wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
