Board of TCS approves buyback of shares up to Rs 17000 cr	Back

The Board of Tata Consultancy Services at its meeting held on 11 October 2023 has approved a proposal to buyback up to 4,09,63,855 equity shares of the company for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 17000 crore representing (1.12)% of the total paid-up equity share capital, at Rs 4,150 per equity share (buyback price).
