Power Grid acquires Beawar Dausa Transmission project	Back

Power Grid Corporation of India, pursuant to its selection as the successful bidder under Tariff based competitive bidding, has acquired Beawar Dausa Transmission (BDTL), the Project SPV on 30 October 2023, to establish Transmission System for “Transmission system for evacuation of power from REZ in Rajasthan (20GW) under Phase-III Part H”, on build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) basis from the Bid Process Coordinator – PFC Consulting. The Project comprises of establishment of new 765/400kV substation at suitable location near Dausa and 400kV & 765kV D/C Transmission Lines traversing in the state of Rajasthan and associated bay extension works.
