Axis Bank allots 1.64 lakh equity shares under ESOP	Back

Axis Bank has allotted 1,64,645 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 15 November 2023 pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 6,16,46,61,582 (3,08,23,30,791equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 6,16,49,90,872 (3,08,24,95,436 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
