Public issue of 43,50,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each of Cedaar Textile Limited. ("Cedaar" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share ("Issue Price") including a share premium of [*]/- per equity share), aggregating to Rs. [*] crores ("the Issue"), out of which, 2,18,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. [*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
