Initial public offering up to 59,06,400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") DSM Fresh Foods Limited ("DSM" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. [*] crores ("The Issue"). Out of the issue, 3,31,200 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
